As a small business, we simply have to ask our clients to respect our policy and understand that we implement it for the financial viability of the business and the therapists.


As payment, cash is our preferred method of payment (fee free for a small business). However, we do accept EFTPOS card, Debit Card or a Credit Card.

For private health fund rebates, we use HICAPS to process your health fund claims. Once your claim is authorised, you simply pay the gap amount. Forget to bring your insurance card? No worries! We will e-mail the invoice to you.

Health Concerns

Please advise your Doctor when making your booking if you suffer from any medical conditions, injuries and allergies, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if you have any special requests as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out.

Reservations & Cancellations

We recommend booking in advance. Please be aware that cancellations/ reschedule/ change must be made 24 hours prior to the treatment, otherwise a cancellation fee will be charged (gift voucher will become void).

  • More than 24 hrs notice no fee
  • Less than 24 hrs notice 50% of service fee
  • Less than 4 hrs notice & No shows 100% of service fee

We understand that life is busy and we try to to be flexible and amenable to your needs as possible. However as a small business we have that time set aside with therapist who need to be paid and many other running costs. Unfortunately, we cannot waive these fees due to unforeseen circumstances.

In respect to our wait-listed clients, and our time if you cancel/ change/reschedule at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments to confirm them. 

You can pass your spot to your family or friend (must show) without being charged a cancellation fee.

If you have an unpaid cancellation fee, the appointment will be cancel without notice.

Confirming & Multiple bookings

Confirming appointment

Text and e-mail messages are sent 2 days before your appointment, you can reply to the sms to confirm. Not replying does not mean you have cancelled. You need to either cancel online or call us and cancel over the phone. If you do not reply we will send you another text or give you a call until your appointment to prompt you to take an action of either confirming or cancelling.

Multiple bookings

Please do not make multiple bookings in a week, this deprives other clients of their opportunity to get their bookings. We will call and charge non-refundable booking fee anyone with multiple bookings in one week to ensure they will attend all sessions.

Elysium Etiquette

We recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment so you have time to check in, fill out our consultation card and unwind. If you wish to arrive early, we suggest you contact us before you come.

Massage session may be abbreviated if a client did not arrive at scheduled time. We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled, for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late.

Please note your appointment time includes paperwork (initial Appt), consultation and treatment.

We kindly ask that you turn your mobile phone to silent mode when you arrive to allow you and our other guests to relax.

If you are uncomfortable with anything during your treatment (e.g. the pressure, the music or the temperature) please feel free to let your therapist know as they will be more than happy to make any necessary adjustments.



Massage is a wonderful stress-buster for children. Our therapist are requred having a blue card. This is to make sure Elysium massage is a safe place for children.

Children under the age of 18, they must have treatments with an adult.


Although we love animals, people can become sensitive to, or have an allergic reaction. To avoid any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.

Elysium Attire

When arriving at Elysium, you may wait in waiting room or go straight to your treatment room. Please feel free to wear whatever makes you comfortable. You may be asked to remove certain clothing but the most important thing is that you are comfortable. Our therapists will keep your body draped in sheets/ towels and only expose each area being treated.

Inappropriate behavior

The service provided at Elysium massage are professional and therapeutic. A client understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, gestures or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for payment for the full scheduled session.
