Massage session may be abbreviated if a client did not arrive at scheduled time.
24 hours notice is required for cancellations so that your appointment time can be re-booked with another client. Where a booking is cancelled at short notice we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to cover our costs.
In respect to our wait-listed clients, and our time if you cancel at very short notice, we may also require pre-payment of future appointments to confirm them.
The service provided at Elysium massage are professional and therapeutic. A client understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks, gestures or advances will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for payment for the full scheduled session.
